Triceps Rope Cable Attachment

Constructed with heavy braided nylon and featuring a toughened swivelling attachment, the rope offers a comfortable grip and can be used both at home and in the gym.

How to use the massage ball: 

Place the ball in your hand and apply direct pressure to the area of the muscle that requires the treatment. Simply roll the massage ball until the muscle is targeted. 

Using the massage ball on the floor - Simply place the ball on the floor and rest the body part that needs treating against the ball. 

For example: 
If you want to treat your neck all you need is to place the ball on the floor. Rest the mid section of you neck between the massage ball and slowly raise your neck up and down. This process also works for back and shoulder muscles. 

Exercising with Your Chest Expander:

Your exercise regime is limited only by your imagination - you don’t have to restrict yourself to the traditional and best known exercises. Why not work in conjunction with a partner to introduce variety? Alternatively, loop one handle around your foot and hold the other one in your hand, then use the expander to work your legs as well as your upper body.

Advantages of a Triceps Rope:

The rope works the same muscles as a push down bar but offers additional advantages. You will target fibres deep within your triceps and move through a greater range of motion when you straighten your wrists. In a recent study, the rope was found to be more effective that a bar when performing push-downs.

Triceps push-downs enhance strength and may improve your ability to pass the ball when throwing. You may also be more able to push against opponents in contact sports.
